Summer bread – The zaatar and olives bread
Maison Kayser accompanies you throughout the summer with its olives and zaatar bread.
In July and August, our bakers highlight two symbols of the Mediterranean basin.
First of all, the olive: cultivated in every country bordering the Mediterranean Sea, the fruit of the olive tree is the emblem of the region.
As for zaatar, it is a traditional blend of spices and aromatic plants from the Middle East. One of the pillars of Middle Eastern cuisine in the broad sense. The term zaatar means thyme in Arabic. It will therefore not be surprising to find that the eponymous mixture uses it in good quantities. Its recipe varies depending on the region, but for the majority, it is based on thyme, sesame and sumac. Our zaatar contains only these three ingredients, including white sesame.
A tasty pairing that goes perfectly with a seasonal salad
Summer sandwiches
The veggie cheeseburger
Every day, our artisan bakers passionately make our bun bread, renowned for its soft center.
Our caterers garnish each bun with a Garden Gourmet vegetable steak, accompanied by a slice of Cheddar, crunchy red onion slices, fresh pickles and a delicious black garlic sauce.
and the fesco pesto
For the summer, enjoy a fresh, refined and deliciously delicious sandwich.
Prepared in a kneaded baguette, shaped and baked on site throughout the day, our snack consists of pistachio pesto, fresh arugula, delicate mortadella, creamy burrata and finely chopped pistachios.
Spring sandwiches – The Bánh Mí remixed and the 100% vegan wrap
For this new season, the caterers of Maison Kayser invite you to discover two original creations to taste.
The first is our vegetarian sandwich, composed of seasonal corn bread and garnished with a pulled vegetarian Asian sauce, arugula leaves for a touch of crunch, grated carrots for freshness and cucumber for a note of lightness . This combination is subtly reminiscent of the famous bánh mì sandwich, offering a unique taste experience.
The second creation is a vegan wrap with a wheat tortilla, mixed greens, chickpea cream with lemon and cumin, red onion, tomatoes, chickpea falafel, grated carrots and cucumber. This combination of flavors creates a beautiful balance on the palate for fans of vegan cuisine.
Our creations are carefully designed to offer tasty and balanced options, perfect for satisfying your appetite while respecting a desire for a vegetarian or vegan lunch.
