Round fish: 6 months in a cool, dry place, away from heat and humidity. Store at +18°C.
Fritures: minimum best-before date upon receipt: June of the Easter year + 1 year. Store away from humidity and light, at a stable temperature between 14°C and 18°C. Relative humidity below 65%
