Ekmek is a bread from Turkey, which, thanks to the combination of olive oil and honey, offers a soft texture and enhanced aromas to the crumb.

Yuzu, also called Japanese lemon, brings a unique taste and just the right acidity halfway between lime and mandarin. It holds an important place in Japanese and Korean culinary cultures.
